The title is pretty much my question. Has anyone ordered from The Stampin Place (I believe they are in Minnesota). If so, how is the customer service? They seem to have a lot of unmounteds which I'm moving towards.
yes, I have ordered from them. They are very good, and my orders have come in very quickly. I have never had a problem with an order from them. I like to order from them.

I've ordered. While I have not had a problem with the merchandise I've received, I find their shipping costs are a tad high. Some of the exact things on their site ( like ribbon) are available for less elsewhere.
Stamps are of good quality, though

Although I only order Fiber and Metalic paint pots, and a Catalog.
Their rubber stamps are good, The only thing I don't like it their unmounted rubber stamps don't have any foam with them. you have to order sperate.
And they don't have mounting foam just cling vinyl sheets.

I just ordered some things yesterday, as they're running 25% off mounteds/stamping supplies and 15% off unmounteds/mounting supplies. I needed some more mounting foam and I picked up a few of their UM verses. I'm hoping we get a few more in the new catty!!
I used to live about 10 minutes down the road from this store when we lived in MN. I didn't realize you could order on-line. They have an amazing "garage sale" about once a year.
Yes, I have and also have their catalog. I ordered a personalized stamp for my office and it turned out great. (A self-inking stamp). Their catalog is ok, but in black and white. I saw a few stamps that I would like to add to my SU sets...I don't think you'll be unhappy if you order from them...it was quick and exactly what I wanted.
I've ordered from them in the past as well - great quality of rubber, & fast shipping as well. I never had a problem with any of my orders so I would rate them high!
