explain retired sets to me

when a set is retired does that just mean they are no longer making and selling them??

does it mean if your a demo person your no longer allowed to use them??

what exactly does it mean??

yes, it means they are no longer making them or selling them.

Demos are not supposed to demo retired sets.

I will set out a couple *word* sets for my customers to use inside the cards that are not current sets. but I dont DEMO them. they are just there for them to use after the class is over.
