Default Extra special deals

Okay, I have another question about signing up for S Up!

The demonstrator that did my party a few months ago emailed me about the $30.00 off kit special to start up with S Up. I thought it was a good deal.I had been wanting to sign up for the discount for awhile now.
But as I look around the internet at S Up Demonstrator sites, I see that there are some people who are offering even better deals than that!!!
Like 2 free stamp sets plus the $30.00 if you sign up!
So, do I be loyal and sign up with my demonstrator and just get $30.00 off ?
Or do I sign up with someone off of the internet that I don't know and get more stuff free??? (I love free!)

What's a girl to do?

Talking

This has been asked a lot, I'm not a demo but like you thinking about it. The most important thing to find when looking to Demo is a Great Upline. It doesn't matter how much you save signing up, without a good upline your business will suffer. With a good upline you can earn those 2 free stamp sets on your own.

I totally agree with kmcolby!!! 100% Go with the strong upline that you know will help you thrive in your demonstratorship.

What about if I am only thinking about signing up for the discount?
Same thoughts or not? It just kills me when I see these great deals. But then again, if I wanted to sell back some of the catalogs or duplicate supplies, I am pretty sure that my demo would help me out with that.
okay, maybe I just answered my own question!
Thanks!!

I just signed up about a month ago. I agree with kmcolby! My upline has been great! We have already had two meetings, one for demo training and one for trying new techniques/make n take idea/etc. It's been very helpful! Also, they do stampin days where we all get together and chat and just stamp whatever we want. I think you should sign up with someone close to you and forget the free stuff! I love free stuff too...but I think it's better to have the support and guidance whether you sign up just for the discount or if you want to do more (now or later)! Good luck!

I also agree with Shady - I know my demo has a couple demo gatherings a mth where they learn new techniques & have a great time. This another reason I debate becoming a demo, more then the discount, getting together with other crazy stampers that are as sick about it as me!!!

Good luck on the decision.

A good upline is worth a million dollars in stamp supplies!

Ditto!!!! Signing up under someone from the net is a gamble. You never know if your personalities will mesh or not.

Besides those two free stamp sets may be SAB sets which would cost between $10-$16. It doesn't really matter how many stamps they give you if they don't give you their time and sage advice.

If your not extremely loyal and are not sure about the demo you hosted for then shop around in your area. A long distance upline is not that bad(I have one long distance dl who I talk with at least once a week.) just make sure they make time for you. Talk to their other downline or attend the group meetings or Opportunity Nights.

HTH,
mary h.
