I like close to cocoa because it is a nice middle of the road brown.

well
Well if you want to be able to watercolor, don't buy basic brown, because like basic black, it is waterproof (right?LOL). I personally like chocolate chip, but you really should order basic brown too so you can watercolor images without it always having to be a black border and not worry about bleeding.
I was no help at all was I?

Close to Cocoa is my favorite for the same reasons as cited previously ~ it's a strong middle color!

I probably swing between Chocolate Chip and Basic Brown.
I do have to say that it is nice having so many browns! I'm not an Earth Elements type, but before I started buying SU! ink pads, it was just incredibly hard to find a good brown pad! They were either too orangey or not orangey enough!

My favorite brown is the one on the little brown truck - LOL!!
Seriously, I love Chocolate Chip most days, but agree having the basic brown is a great look instead of black.

Way too funny, Sharon!
Choc Chip - for general brown stamping
Basic Brown - to watercolor images that are so stark
Creamy Caramel - for "aging"

Close to Cocoa, with Creamy Caramel in the background. I also have Basic Brown so I can watercolor over it.

Hands down...
It's Chocolate Chip for me. I'm not a big fan of Earth Elements colors, and Chocolate Chip works well with several of the Soft Subtles that I use most often. It's actually the only brown I have.

I love the dark rich color of chocolate chip. I use it wayyyy more often then close to cocoa. I do use Basic Brown a lot, since we do have a lot of stamps that need to be colored. I love watercoloring with our new aqua pens! Those rock!!!
