Okay, I got it mostly put away, mounted one thing (print pattern) and made a card with that and the fairy nice set Mamak ran over. Whew! Dh will be here in 10 mins and dinner is ready and in the oven! What a day!

at least you have new stuff...I have not ordered any thing new yet...I was waiting for my B-day...I got two sets ( from old catty )..and two gift certificates and some money to buy what ever I want... So I am hosting a workshop...SHOP SHOP SHOP... Why is it always harder to decide when it is like "FREE"...

Thanks ladies!! We had a nice evening and today I am ready to STAMP!! I am in mounting mode now. I didn't get many sets, cause mamak and I get overwhelemed when we get too many. I got the other half of the new colors, which was a lot of the order, antique brass hodgepodge kit, around the block, small script, print pattern, floral background and quick thinking.
So far I only made one card, and that used my print pattern and the fairy nice mamak was so sweet to run over to me after she mounted it. love that set...it screams...glitter me!!
I also got 4 rolls of grosgrain ribbon, some gingham and some other stuff. Mamak is due here at 11 for a stamp fest....gotta get cutting!
Wow, congrats Emily!! Happy Anniversary and Happy-New-Stamp-Order! What a great day. You must be so excited. Make sure you give you and hubby lots of play time together before playing with your stamps! *wink* Enjoy!!!

Can you say JEALOUS with a capital J? I called my dd (my demo) and asked when my order was going to get here and do you know what she said? "I haven't ordered it yet." WHAT? Are you nuts I told her. Just becasue you are in the middle of moving to a new city, not being able to close on your house because of screwed up paper work, living at the in laws, PMSing, and not being able to drive down here to visit your sister who is in from Seattle ain't no reason not to order Momma's toys. Heck, I ain't even got to see the flippin' catty yet. I ordered just by reading all of your post. Ok, wait, that was what I was thinking. What I told her was that's ok, we will wait to order when I drive up on Monday & have a chance to look at the catty. Am i bucking for sainthood or what? ;)
