I have one. I like mine. I like the fact it is non-electric, so it can be used anywhere. However, it requires 2 hands--one to hold the drill, and the other to turn the crank. With that in mind, you will need to clamp your project to keep it from shifting or moving, while you are drilling.
And, don't drill a project on your dining room table without something protective, like a nice thick slab of wood underneath it . . . Ask me how I know . . . :rolleyes:
