Five "can't live without" punches?
What are five punches that you seem to use all of the time or wish that you had?
I scrapbook and make cards.

I only really use my paper piecing punch a lot. I have a Sizzix, Quickutz and silent setter for most of the circle and square punches.
I do want the slit punch and wrought iron punch though.

Circles 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, double circle.
Plus, a slit punch, and a creat-a-corner punch.
I know...it's 7.

Square Step Corner Punch
1/16" punch for brads, decorative edges
1/8" punch for eyelets
Square Punches - all sizes
Circle Punches - all sizes
My newest favorite is the word window - this also is an awesome punch!!!!

Okay, I just thought 5 would help people narrow down the most useful punches. lol
I'll have to look through my catty to see what will make my wish list.

Well, girlie, depending on what I'm doing, some move "up" the list of necessity on any given day--fluctuates. Either way, I'm always glad I have ALL of 'em at my fingertips 24/7! ;) Nothing annoys me more than going, "Dang-nabitt!!! I wish I had _____ punch--it woulda' been PERFECT for this!!!" :(

I am a real puncher myself so all above but other than slit and circle punches I probably use notch and filagree the most.

Okay - I'm going to try REALLY hard to follow the rules . . . (deep breath . . .)
#1 - 1 3/8 circle
#2 - 1 1/4 circle
#3 - 1/2 in. circle
#4 - 1/8 in. circle (eyelets & brads)
#5 - rectangle (ribbon, flat bows, etc.)
You'll notice that I don't have any squares on the list. Since most of what I do is in multiples I find that I can "cut" clean squares using my paper trimmer just as quickly as I can punch them. No so with circles - ugh!

Corner Rounder - a must
Square punches - I like the CM larger squares
Circle punches - by CM
Wrought iron - great for heritage and wedding albums
I guess I like the small CM hearts and stars too!

I love punches, but the punch I am using the most right now is the square punches from creative memories (sorry SU, love your punches too). They come in a set together and are great for quickly punching a square and a perfect layer. I am lovin' it!! I think I need the circle set too!!

I use the circle punches..all sizes...as mentioned above!
Cannot wait for my "word window" punch to come in.
I was hoping these would be in the new catalog...BUT I love all of my Whale Punch "tag" punches...I use these all the time to print out and punch tags for gifts, favors, scrapbooks, etc.
Great Post

Well, of course 1/16" circle handheld, and 1/8" circle handheld!
I also love my small corner rounder.
I borrow the 1/2' circle from my friend all the time - it's time to get my own.
I have dreams about the daisy - I think it's a sign that I need to buy it.
Lynn - you can get Word Window from SU - p.218, punch #6. Yes, I need that one too. NEED!
