I went to the Two Peas in a Bucket site and looked at the free fonts--now I can't find them on the site again. Any other good sites for free fonts?

I have a question - Once you download the font - what do you do so you can use it?

I have never downloaded a font before

I don't have zip on my computer, do any of these sites have non-zipped files to download?

Download the font to the folder you want it in (one that you will remember where it is). At Scrapville, you right click on the font & hit "Save Target As.." . Then go to STart Menu, then "control panel", then to "fonts" folder. Click on the "file" button (upper left hand corner) & hit "install fonts". A window will pop up & then you go to the folder where the fonts were installed & highlight on what you want to install. Hit "install" & that's it.
It took me about 5 times to get it right. Now I can do it pretty easily. I have lots from Lettering Delights. I just downloaded 5 or 6 from Scrapville (thanks, Mary Z, I needed another good site like I needed another stamp pad!!!! :lol: ). That is a really great site.

Anyway, that's how I download on my computer (Dell w/WindowsXP).
