If there is anyone who would like this stamp, I'll mail it to them for free. First one to private-message me with their address gets it.
Edited to add: Just to clarify, there's just one stamp; I showed both sides of it. It's unmounted, bare rubber, with only the sticker on it. The sticker comes off quite easily. For the stamps I kept, I reinforced the sticker with ATG tape. Also, I'm keeping the penny.
Also, it's from Stampin' Up!'s 1994 Country Window set. I got it as a set mounted on black foam.

With a sales pitch like that....anyone inclined to admit they would love it might be afraid to speak up. You could always pass it on to the local donation center next time you donate something. I am with bugga regarding the funny title. Made me look.

And might I say, in the same vein, Madame, your screen name always catches my eye.

I do love the rest of the set. But in recent times, only one friend has ever come to visit me. So, this sentiment does NOT appeal to me. I can only imagine if I were to put it on any card and then mail it to any friend (well, except the one) - they would realize that they had not been in my home for years and years!!! And I offered it to my two real-life stamper friends and both of them said they would also never use it. Maybe someone who is extremely outgoing and has friends over at her house all the time will give this stamp a new home. Or it'll be going in the bin!
Just something to keep in mind...in case you ever wanted to sell the rest of the set. Incomplete sets fetch a much lower price than complete ones, if they sell at all. I collect retired Stampin' Up sets (from eBay, garage sales, etc) and I walk away from incomplete sets, no matter how good the price. I realize that some buyers may not be as choosy, but I want to make sure my sets will sell when it's time for me to let them go. :-) Just sharing my 2...for what it's worth.
Yeehaw!!!! Quickstuff, you have made my day!!! I am soooooooooooooo happy that this little stamp will be loved!!
Cailinriley, thanks for your input! There's no way I will ever ever part with the rest of Country Window!!! I love it!! Also, I have sold a few incomplete sets too, but I don't mind that they sell for much lower. It is still more lucrative than simply donating the stamps to Goodwill. I sold two lots a few months ago. They fetched on average $3/set. But I was glad that they were wanted by someone. And I was glad to free up some room in my tiny living area!
I don't buy or keep my stamps for the resale value, if I had a small space I would probably get rid of stamps from a set if I didn't use them. I have a ton of sets that only have a stamp or two showing any love.
Well, come on over Su! The reason I don't have many friends over is, my roommate sleeps during the day, and it's a pain for me and my guest to try to be quiet. Much easier for me to go over to their homes.
Sophie, I don't like sappy sentiments either and this whole thread made me laugh. The title definitely made me look and I enjoyed all the replies. It was also nice of you to offer the stamp. TFS!
