My customers were happy to receive the post cards in the mail about the backorder / shipping issues and when I informed them about the free shipping, they were THRILLED !!!

I'm in too. Here is a silly question...What does bump mean? I noticed it on a few other posts. Also, what does CASE stand for? I know it means someone might have copied part or all of the project...just wondering if it stands for something like copied art stamped thingy? LOL :lol:

Ive seen it two ways, Copy And Stamp Everything or Copy And Share Everything. Some say "steal" for the S but that sounds so harsh.
Someone else tell her what bump means. I know what it is but I don't really know how to tell her. Well, they are just keeping their thread I guess at the top and viewable for people to see. I guess maybe it keeps it active.

You're correct, "bump" does keep the threads active, but I don't know exactly what it stands for. I just know that if you post something and want to continue to see it on the home page, you have to "bump" it up there unless people are still responding.
I still haven't received my gift, but I can't wait !!!
Great Idea.... I wrote to customer service to tell them thanks for all their hard work during the moving process.... Seemed like alot of people were upset over the shipping delays.... I have always gotten my orders super fast and even during the moving process I still got my orders fast..... I think the Thank You card idea for Shelli is a really great idea....
