Default Funny Use for Circle Punches (DH Story)

My DH was helping a friend rebuild his motorcycle engine yesterday and they realized the gasket that was included with the parts was the wrong size. They were in the middle of the work and didn't want to track down a new one, so...

He borrowed my 1 3/8" and 1/4" circle punches and made one out of lightweight cardboard (yes, from my stash), then coated the whole thing with permagasket. So for once he admitted that he was glad I had so much crafty crap!!! He even saved their first "template" and told me I should use it at workshops to demonstrate just how versatile these things are

I will tell DH about this! He is modifying a sports car so I will let him know that someday he may need to borrow one of my tools!
