Default Future Floor Wax?

Ok so I've got some of what I think is the correct product to do the pearl-ex aquapainter technique. Only problem is that I'm not 100% sure that it's correct. What the bottle says is in bit letters FUTURE For No-Wax and Regular Floors. It's made by SC Johnson. I guess where I'm confused is that I thought everyone was calling it Future floor wax and this states that it is for no wax. If anyone could clarify for me that would be great.

Even though we tend to refer to it as Future Floor "Wax" it really isn't a wax product. It's an acrylic floor finish. You've got the right stuff....

I think thats the right stuff. It's what I have been using. I as well will be trying this techinque tonight. Got my Pearl Ex today with my 40% off at Michaels. I am also going to try to make the Twinkling H2O's with the gum arabic.

Default pearl-ex gets floored

I just made a set of cards for a swap with the "pearl-ex gets floored" technique today. I love that look! I take a small container and pour a little Future in it. Then add a really small amount of pearl-ex and mix well. Use a paintbrush and paint it on like any other paint. Just be sure not to add too much pe as a little goes a long way. You can always add more if needed. Let it dry and you're set. You're gonna love this!

Default Thanks!!!

Thanks for the quick response. I thought I had grabbed the right thing and then I was hesitant to put it into a brush before I knew if it was correct. I'm off to go try it.
