Camsmom, this is such a great idea! I was looking around the new additions and I saw so many comments.
I think you (and all the people who gave a comment) make many of us so happy!! I did my 5 (and more).
Let's continue!!!!
ok, I did mine. the first one was easier and then it began to slow down and now it's really dragging. oh my. but I did it!!! My question? what do you do when someone has soooo many views but no comments but it's not really a very good card? so much that even really stretching there's not anything to comment on? my nurturing encourement side wants to help make it better, but then I think ... would I want someone else to tell me how to make my card, if I thought it was ok?

I think there is always something nice to comment on
I can always find a new color combo I may not have thought of, or may like the crisp lines it has. I also like to let someone know if it reminds of a good card for a specific person in their life. I personally do not give any criticism or "advice" unless asked since it is hard to take tone from writing, but that is just me.;)
I got to do a alot today since my son woke up at 6 instead of his usual 7:30.

I tried...I got 3, but then the gallery bogged down so bad....I just don't have the patience...but I WILL try again tomorrow...I'm an East coaster, so if I'm up early enough, I'll hit it in the am!!! Thanks for the gentle reminder!!!
You got it!! I've been looking every night in the gallery for new ideas, but never posted comments because of "Dial Up". Seeing as it's 1 AM now, I didn't have any problems. I posted to 5 or 6 (lost count) cards made with stamp sets I have. They are all so wonderful and creative. I'll try to comment on at least 5 per night to show how much they're appreciated. Thanks guys!! I love this site!
I guess it pays to get up early. Friday done! I have dial up and I don't seem to have any trouble any time of day. Guess I just hit it right or something.

what I am trying to do is leave one window open for the gallery and one on forums and pop back and forth
Also if you have a window open in SCS and hit Ctrl & N it will bring up another window in the exact spot you are already in SCS... Then you can click the gallery or forum page from there (instead of opening another window and typing in the web page and then going from there) Just a little short cut... Hope it helps...
I also posted to a few of the great cards in the gallery...
Stumbled upon something I was looking for last week - now I found it and got some fabulous ideas!!! Extra points please... found some with no comments and some that had been viewed like 400 times with only 1 or 2 comments. oh my!!
We do need to get better on commenting, and I'm talking to me, too.
Thanks for the encouragement to not just look but to comment, too.
I just wanted to say that there a so many wonderful people here. I am new and have been reading as many threads as I can. No matter the subject there is always a kind word or thought to someone or someones work. I havent been to the gallery much but what I have seen is wonderful. I will be going there more often now, and I will make sure to leave comments. Everyone here deserves a big hug. Thank you for making this a great place to visit.
Am I just hitting it at the right time? I see all of you posting about things being slow. Especially if you have dial up. I have never had anything except dial up so I may just not know the difference but it never really seems slow to me when I go to the gallery.
