Smile Glass Block---help please

I found photos in the gallery of lovely glass block ornaments that have been made by others here on splitcoast and would love to make these with ladies at our church next month, but I need instructions.

Thanks for your help.

Default adhering paper

Thanks for this thread link, it has been very helpful. I still have a few questions though.

-how do you fasten paper to the block? two sided tape? Modge Podge?
- how is the bow fastened to the top?

The first post in that thread is very helpful. She uses sticky strip tape for the paper, and hot glues the ribbon on the top.

Wow! These blocks are fantastic! My wheels are certainly turning now! I'm glad you asked this question, Susan. I'm always looking for home made gift items!
