Those were not all of my responses to the private messages that you had sent me....and that last one you posted...I never recieved that one...so I dont know who you sent that to. This box was sent out and Julie should have it already by now...I wish her luck with it...Maybe she can wish for miracle supplies from SU stuff in it....but she better have a real good genie bottle to rub...Cause all that was in there was horrible...This is the first and last time I ever join anything like this again. I think everyone on here will learn a lesson about the fellow stampers that surround us in this forum and their ways of communicating with people. I know I sure did...I wish you all the best of luck with this and Happy Holidays.....
Actually, those are absolutely all of the PMs that I can find from onerainy. If you have more, please go ahead and post them. I have nothing to hide. The point is, that you have accused me of lack of communication. I think that these emails prove that, in fact, I have done all that I could to pleasantly try to find out what was going on. The fact remains that I can't force anyone to do anything. I am just a hard-working Mom and teacher, who thought this might be fun. I tried hard, and have been kicked in the face. False accusations and totally inappropriate language has been used against me. I would refer back to post #114 where I indicated that there was a problem, and that I thought it was over. True colors have been shown. I will be moving on, and not responding to this thread any more. It is time to let it die.
I recieved the box today which indeed was full of crap! And as far as onerainy accusing me of calling her a thief that crap too. We have waited two months for this box and I simply was trying to get answers and was getting no responses from anyone. If you took the private email I sent that I was calling you a thief than I do apologize. What else are we to do when the box is sitting with you for months? I don't think we need to make this into a bigger deal then it needs to be. I do again apoligize for any misunderstandings. Its too bad it has too end this way. I don't think I should be the soul person responsible for things ending badly.................
I will be sending the box out next week with only one thing taken out and one thing added.
I'm mailing out the goodie box tomorrow. I did not take anything from the box, but did add a few SU! things. Yes, the box is disappointing, but it's not the end of the world, right? Hope some people at the end of the list can add a few more things for lynnewithane since she was so nice to start this.

I am deleting myself from this swap. I thought I would have the box by now, but I do not. If it hasn't been stopped, I think it should be. I am getting my house ready to sell and we will be moving in about 6 weeks, so I don't have time to worry about whether I get the box or not. I just thought I would let you all know.

I've been out of town for Christmas, and when I picked up my mail today I was surprised to see the goodie box. I'll be adding to it and sending it along to SunshineB next week.

Just from the PMs, everyone seems very nice, and very excited!!! Please keep smiles on everyone's face. Mostly stamping stuff, mostly stamin up, no junk - only stuff you would want yourself. Take what you like, but replace it with things of equal value. Be creative!!!

LynewithAnne, please take me (ScrappinMomma75) out of the list for group #2. We are currently packing up, and will be moving in 6 weeks to another city 2 hours away. I don't want to have to worry about having to get another box out. It sounds like group 1's box is still moving, but group 2's is not, so just in case it starts moving, I am no longer interested due to the time that I have left here in this house, and for the fact that the box is taking forever anyway. Hopefully this will not cause any problems, I hate having to drop out of things, but I wouldn't want the box to get lost within the move, and then be accidentally packed away in storage. That wouldn't be good but with my husband being in charge, you just never know. Sorry everybody!

Ok, I've sent Box 1 to Anna today, I didn't mail it priority because the price difference was like $5 and since I got it out so quick I didn't think you'd mind ;-) The postmaster said it should be there around the end of next week if not sooner. I did put delivery confirmation on it so if it ends up taking longer than expected, let me know and I'll get the dc number to you :-) I hope you are happy with the box, I would say 95% of the box is SU. Let us know when you get it!!

sorry everyone, we had a major case of the sickies run thru our house (all 6 of us!!) so I apologize for not getting it out sooner =( And I know what it was like to wait for it so I REALLY am sorry =( I had planned to get it out after having it only a day or two as well, so this is just crazy to me!! Anyway, hubby mailed it out end of last week sometime, i think via UPS, so it should get to Krista anyday now, please post Krista when you get it!

Does anyone but me find it strange that this swap has been going on since August, 2005?? That is more than 6 months. I know things happen in our families. However, if this were a regular card swap and my swaps were 6 months late the hostess would have already considered me a flaker and dropped me from the swap.
I had quite a few nice things to go into the box including a brand new 7" Creative Memories album with page protectors, some SU! paper snips, new reinkers and an SAB stamp set. However, in the past 6 months I have given those items to my various Secret Sisters because this goodie box has taken so long.
I do not harbor any hard feelings toward anyone. I just wish to have this be over for me. Please remove my name from the swap list and move the person below me to be the next in line.
I'm sorry this is ending this way.

The end is near. I got the box Friday and mailed it to Lynne today (Sunday). Thank you Lynne for organizing this. I know there were some hard feelings along the way and not everyone appears to have participated with the same spirit as others. So, I appreciate the fact that you started it and put up with some of the not so pleasant emails.

Hi Lynne! Just spent the last 10 min reading all these posts! You are quite a woman to stick with this! Three cheers to all of you who stuck with the card swap and the good attitudes! Will continue to read updates in hopes that Lynne gets the infamous goodie box back!

I never expected to see it!
I know, of course, that people had been upset, but somewhere along the way, someone decided to take out the junk, put in good stuff, and it evidently kept growing from there. I just hope that you took things out that you liked. I really couldn't believe several full-sized stamp sets! Paper may be retired, but I'm not a demo, so I don't mind using old colors! There really is an amazing assortment of things!
Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and found a baggie full of prima flowers! I just bought some the other day, but these are different colors!
