I got a letter in the mail from them to subscribe and it sounded interesting, so I had to go find one at the store right then. I found it at Wally World. They sell for $7.99, but with Wally's mag discount, it was 7.20. The Jan issue comes out on stands Dec. 20th, so right now you can get the Dec. issue. It is an awesome magazine. I believe it's called scrapbook answers because it gives you answers on how to actually complete a project. You get a CD with it with instructional videos, fonts, trial programs, etc. A 1-year subscription is $24.99 for 8 issues. You can find cheaper subscriptions for it on the internet, but they do NOT come with the CD, which is totally worth it.
They just came out with this magazine this fall, so if you haven't heard about it, don't feel bad. Enjoy!
