I just ordered the new MM slice from Scrapbook.com yesterday and was wondering if anyone has ordered from them before and what kind of service the got?

I have only ordered once, but received my order within 4 days. I cant say over the holiday period how that works, but they shipped next day.

Jeanette, did you make use of the live cashback scheme? I think there's a 10% cashback on scrapbook.com so you would save 10% on the total order.

I've ordered from them previously and didn't wait long at all for my order (and it was a big item!) It arrived promptly with nothing broken, etc and I would order from them again :-D

I just ordered from them 2 weeks ago. They shipped the day after I ordered and the package was here in no time. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently ordered a bunch of adhesive from them- a roller with 6 refills. Unfortunately, all the refills were defective! I submitted a ticket to their customer service- they got back to me within a few hours and replacements were shipped later that day! They also gave me a 10% coupon for my troubles. When my package arrived a few days later it had another 10% coupon printed on some of the new American Crafts cardstock.

I was very happy with my experience and plan to order from them again. They've got a very big selection and seem to keep most things in stock. I think of them as being major competitors with twopeas. The biggest problem with 2Ps is they are always out of stock on so many items! Between those two stores the prices I think even out- one is cheaper on cost but higher on shipping, the other vice versa.

Yup, Very quick shipping! Everything arrived packaged well. I would order again!
