Default Help Card Cutting 5 1/2 x 7 Something is wrong

Hi, Ladies
Can you please help me on this. I am still new. Anyway I am trying to make a 5 .50 x 7 Card. I think my measurement are wrong? it is not fitting on the paper. I cut my paper cardstock base 7 and then 10.50. Something is wrong. Can someone help me!! I feel so stupid! Thanks.

1st layer 5.25 x 6.75
2nd layer 5x6.25
3rd layer 4.75 x 6.25
4th layer 4.50 x 5

5.5 x 2 (folded card) = 11

for your card, you only need to cut once for the 7" side. ;)

Thanks so much it worked I also saw my other mistake as well it now layers.
