I have some instructions and samples in my gallery but it's basically this:

Color a piece of white glossy c/s. You can brayer it, sponge it, whatever.

Make sure it's dry and then cover it with Versarmark ink.

Cover entire piece with ep that has iridescent glitter in it and heat. I used Iridescent Ice. It's nice because you can make it any color you want and it really Wow's people on 2 levels, embossing in general and it's sparkly!

HTH

Does it have to be white glossy paper? Or can you just use a colored paper?

If you have colored glossy cardstock, it should work. I think it's been demo'ed with white primarily because that's all SU! sells.
