Here are three ways that you can apply glitter to your projects:
1. Stamp image with Versamark, apply Heat-n-Stick, heat from under cardstock, when melted, quickly apply glitter.
2. Apply Crystal Effects to the places you want glitter and put glitter on top. Let dry thoroughly before touching.
3. Apply drops of white glue with a toothpick where you want the glitter and sprinkle with glitter. Let dry.

This is my favorite method because you don't have to dump all of the glitter onto the project. The heat n' stick gets just tacky enough to get the glitter to stick, but it's not runny like glue can be. Once you have have the heat n' stick melted, just dip a finger into the glitter and quickly rub over all of the areas you'd like to cover... It's super easy, and super CLEAN! ;)

Default I like using double stick glue pen.

I apply a little bit of glue where ever I want the glitter to stick and then I apply the glitter by sprinkling a little biy where I applied the glue.

I use my 2-way glue stick. It works great!

If you want an all-over glitter effect, you can sprinkle (I use my kids' watercolor paintbrush) then lightly sprayover with Krylon finishing spray.

Nobody mentioned using a roller-ball glue pen. It's not like the 2-way, but is like a fat ball point pen. You can do very fine outlines with it and it's my favorite way to apply glitter.

I like using my fine point on my Mono Multi glue or a Zig Two way glue pen, the fine point one, both put just a tiny amount of glue on the paper and it works great. I also love the Dazzling Diamond Dust, which actually uses Irridesent Ice embossing powder, but it looks just like glitter. Also like doing a window sheet with glitter.

When I want glitter all over the front of a card, I stamp the entire 'face' of my card with Versamark, then sprinkle holographic or bridal embossing powder all over the card and heat emboss. Not as tidy as other methods mentioned, but the end result is beautiful.

Stickles is the way to go!!! I love it, it comes in like 30 colors, and is glitter and glue all in one!

I love crytsal effects. One great thing about it is that you can wait for the image to dry a bit and then when you sprinkle on the glitter (my ABSOLUTE favorite is dazzling diamonds) it will only stick to some of the places where the CE is still tacky, but the other spots will have a nice sheen to them. I really like it for dew on flowers and little highlights!

Also with Crystal Effects you can use microbeads-then as soon as I set the beads on I sprinkle over with dazzling Diamonds. It really makes it stand out!

I find that the sakura ball point glue pen works great. It's just like using a pen and it holds the glitter nicely.
