Question Help?! How do I get dried crystal effects off my black apron??

and yes, I already ran it through the washer and "set" it even more (if that's possible). Anyhow know of a product or method to remove the dried crystal effects without taking the color out of my apron??? It won't scrape off, so it's really soaked into the fibers.

Thanks much in advance!

I was able to get a dried glob of the acrylic glaze we use at the candle store off of my jeans by using regular nail polish remover (NOT acetone-free) to soften the glaze enough for me to scrape it off. I threw them in the wash to get the remover residue out of the fabric. The glaze still left a stain, but that shouldn't be an issue for you with a black apron.

Try putting a paper bag over the top of it and running a hot iron over the paperbag. It *should* soakinto the bag and comeout of the apron. I hope. Maybe try this as a last resort. It works with candle wax stains in cloth.
