how about Paper Glaze by Aleene's? You should be able to find it at AC Moore, Michaels etc???

Hobby Lobby carries crystal laquer, it is about 3.49 a bottle. HTH

I used it on my thank you card in my gallery.

There's also JudiKins Diamond Glaze that's similar. The lss' usually carry it. HTH
