Default HELP! - need ideas for overseas troop cards

I have been coming up with a simple card idea that can be made quickly by each of my customers at a workshop and then I give them to a friend who has been shipping them to her brother in Iraq to share with soldiers so they can write home. My customers can do them in a few moments and maybe even two but they do not take a lot of time or too much of my supplies since I am donating it all, including the envelopes. But I have run out of creative ideas. I have used the wheels and it was a big hit but I need some more help. If you could tell me about or direct me to pics of VERY simple all occasion cards I would appreciate it. My customers just love doing it and have gone on to do some on their own and we have managed to send at least 100 since we started just a short time ago.

I always tell my customers (and i am just a hobby demo so there are not many of them) that no matter your view on the war or the troops, it is fun to make a card and support someone who is away from their family and they all seem to agree.

No card front ideas off the top of my head but how about focusing on mothers day since it is around the corner and packages take a little while to get to the troops.

Also wanted to tell you what a great thing this is you are doing. My kids and I have started doing the same type of thing except we send more than just cards....

Smiles,
Ruth

Go to the web site I have listed below my name and you'll find the Angel Stampers that sends to soldiers. There is a gallery and she post one of every style she gets and you'll get lots of ideas there.

Plus you can do a simple search for them on this site by typing in quick cards or fast cards in the gallery.
Here's a fast one that Mona Lisa did and I'm doing up some using the Watercolor Garden flower and butterfly. My gauze is Hero Arts. Good for the female soldiers.

Don't forget Father's day cards. Mother's day is almost to close to get them shipped over and then mailed back to the states so hurry if you're planning to do it.
