Default HELP! Shrink Plastic-Wine Glass Charms

Has anyone been successful in creating wine glass charms using Shrink
plastic? If so, where did you find the silver or gold rings to put around
the wine glass stem? And, how did you attach the charms to the ring so
that the designs would be easily seen?? Any suggestions on which stamp sets make the coolest designs?? Thanks gals!

I just got the stuff to make these last night At wal-mart's in the bead/jewelry they had the metal hoops to put around the stems. There were 12 in the package for $1.88. They were called beverage id hoops.

To put the shrinky dink onto the hoops I bought some things called jump rings. Just small circles. Does anyone know what size to make the hole on the plastic to make sure it's big enough once it's shrunk?

Haven't made any yet though.

I have some general directions on my website:

Walmart carries the beverage hoops and jump rings in the jewelry section. I punch my largest hole punch PRIOR to shrinking. Then ad the ring. I guess if you only have a smaller punch it is a good idea to put the ring in prior to shrinking.
