Default Help - who makes this stamp?

I went on a stamping bus trip this weekend and I used a stamp that I really liked. I don't know who makes it though. It was a bottle of India ink and an old fashioned fountain pen. Thought it would be nice to make a bunch of note cards for a friend. Does anyone know who makes this stamp? Thanks.

Well, I don't know for sure if this is the set you are refering to or not, but Stampin'Up has 2 sets like that....one is called Office Ephemera (includes a bottle of drawing ink and the old fashioned pen) and also Letters from Friends which doesn't have the large bottle, but includes fountain pens and hands writing, books and ink bottle. HTH

I will also send you a pm.

Office Ephemera had an ink bottle and fountain pen, look in the gallery to see if it is a match. Office Ephemera was from the last SU winter mini catty.

I know that it wouldn't be a Stampin' Up set. We stamped with it at a store and I know that there wouldn't be any SU sets there. I didn't realize how much I liked it until after I got home. I should have bought it at the store. Any other ideas? I will look at the SU gallery to see if their set is similar. Thanks.

Couldn't you call the store and ask them about it?

Sounds like Paper Inspirations, although that's a pretty generic image. I know they had one like that though.

MsBetsyZ I checked out their website and the stamp doesn't come from them. Any other ideas?

Could it have been one of the Dawn Houser ones? I think that's how she spells her last name? She did a line of notecards for Crane's, and not long after, she started doing stamps as well. The Michael's near me sells some of them.

No it's not Dawn's. I checked out a website with her stamps. I'd put a scan of the image on this site but I'm reading that that's probably not legal. Guess I might need to break down and call the store. If only I could remember the name of the store....It was in a different city. Any other ideas?? It is very ornate and the bottle actually has the words India Ink printed on it.

It sounds like one I've seen from A Stamp in the Hand.

can you post a scan of what you made with it? that wouldn't be illegal.

Try this website: http://www.sierra-enterprises.com/artimain.html. Scroll down until you see: "Timeless Classics". Click on Timeless Classics 2. Scroll down - the 7th stamp down is a bottle of ink with a fountain pen in it. Is that it?
