Shut Up!!!!!!
I found this thread from WebDeb's link (LOVE her card!). I live in Williamsburg and I have met Wendy!!!! We have a mutual friend, Elaine. I will definitely get a card out to her and will "make" blush blossom with a background stamp because I have the ink pad but no paper! This is fun.....!
Good idea, Sherri...I don't have a gallery myself because I don't have the technology...scanner, etc. But I think this will be a good project for Wendy (and Elaine) to show all the Blush Blossom birthday cards. Thanks for your suggestion and for helping to keep this thread going. I sent you a PM.

Mine's ready and I did find a piece of blush blossom in my little stash of CS so it will go out tomorrow in the mail. This will certainly be a birthday to remember!

I will have mine finished tomorrow! It has some metal that has to dry first and I hope it makes it through the mail without coming apart!! It's been so hot!! My husband thinks that this is "mean" but I assured him that she is going to crack up when she gets all these! I hope more people will pitch in before it's too late!
I just popped mine in the mail tonight. She's going to love Blush Blossom after she sees all the beautiful cards! Great idea posting all the cards after her birthday is over.
It's a great Monday, thanks to Momsquiltn, Sianne, BasketMom, stampinamy16, Imastampin...hugs and thanks for making and mailing these cards to Wendy. My DH even thought this was a fun thing to do, although I almost lost his attention when I started talking about Blush Blossom (too much information!ha) Help me keep this alive through Tuesday, at least, ladies out there in SCSland! I haven't counted yet, Sianne, but I was hoping to get over 50...how about it, ladies, can you send one in Blush Blossom, or close, so I can show my best friend, why I spend so-o-o much time on SCS? You're all great! Maybe I can even convince her to join (I paid my $20 today!) Thanks to all who sent cards. Want to keep this going through tomorrow, at least...

Thanks, Heidi and all of the above. Last day I am bumping...hope a few more can create tonight and pop it into the mail tomorrow. Her actual birthday is Monday the 18th but the party is on Sunday. She would still love getting some cards on Monday. (Especially since she is ALWAYS giving, and donating, packs of her stamped/created cards to people all the time.) Allright....I just got my new catty order and I ordered Multi-Packs of every color group. The Blush Blossom cardstock I got is sooooo washed out. It practically looks like a beige with a hint of pink. When I made my Blush Blossom card for your friend, I liked the color and I was kinda glad I'd be getting more. But with the washed out look, it's back on the "rather not use" list.
But I'm LOVIN' the new colors and my new rubber!

I sent one out this afternoon...hopefully Wendy will get it on Saturday but I'm sure she will still love getting cards on Monday and Tuesday as well. It turned out rather cute but I was unable to scan or take a picture before mailing. I do hope that you'll have a chance to take pictures of the cards she received and put them up in the gallery...
Have a fun weekend...we'll look forward to hearing how she liked all of her cards next week!

I think I am just as excited as she will be... It is neat to see the response of "strangers" for someones special day.
Me, too, Heather! We are having Margaritas now and have the official barbecue/party tomorrow with lots of promised "surprises"! She is going to read this thread now, and has LOVED each and every card. There are a few more coming on Monday, as told to us. I will let you all know more after this weekend. Thanks, again, everybody! You made us both happy! (Oh, by the way, this is Wendy's computer. She actually has signed up as flamingoprincess50! Loves flamingos, not blush blossom. tee-hee) Mona
