Default How to?

I would like to try the emerging colors technique but can't seem to find any instructions anywhere. Could someome give me some how to on this technique please? Thanks!

This is basically the technique called "Joseph's Coat." You'll probably have more luck finding lots of tutorials on the net using that term...
