I love this card I found here Baby Shower! - Invite Front by Court122 at Splitcoaststampers but have no idea how to make it and would love to do this for my daughter's baby shower. I've spent the last two hours searching this site for how to make this and haven't had any luck. Would really appreciate any and all help I can get for this. Thanks!

That is a cute card and a neat design. I would suggest sending the person who made it a PM and asking if she would share the instructions. I'm always flattered if someone wants to know how I made something, and she probably would be, too.

IT looks like the insert slides out (pulling the ribbon on the right side). WHen you reinsert it (the insert) fits into the tab on the left.
I "think" this is a modified version of the criss cross card. I just made a scrap paper sample like this:
cut 8.5x11 card stock in half. Your card stock is now 5.5 x 8.5. Fold top and bottom to meet in the middle - so your finished size is now 5.5 x 4.25.
Now cut each flap at an angle so the points meet in the middle.
Cut a piece of cardstock 5.25 x 4. Layer with 5x3.75 (adding invitation details). Slide into the card (use your slit punch to make a tab) add a ribbon.
Make a belly band about 1.5 to 2 inches wide to fit around the card. Decorate the belly band, Ta Da!
[boy - is it easier with pictures!]
Hoping the original artist checks in with the real details!
It looks to me more like a modified gatefold card that is on its side with the "gates" angled to a central point (like an envelope) and a belly band around and then a slot holder for the tag card (probably to keep it from coming apart in the mail)
If I were trying to duplicate this I would start with a gatefold template/folds and then work from there.
If you aren't good with angles if you are doing a notesized card base i.e. 5.5 x4.25 finished then after you have made your folds measure 2 3/4 in. down the edges that meet and mark and cut from the top of the fold to this mark and then the bottom of the fold to the same mark for each flap.
It's a recent upload - click on the creator's name and follow the dropdown menu to "send private message." I'm sure if you ask her, she'll fill you in or let you know if she edits the upload to include instructions
Attached is a jpeg file I have with a template for a card like this. I downloaded it form SCS probably 3-4 years ago. I don't know who would get credit because I don't have any of that info. Anyhoo- hope this helps! It at least gives you a starting place.
