I sent about 125 (which includes a number of hand delivered ones for my staff and to a local nursing home) and all were hand made. I make them all year long to be sure I don't feel a ton of pressure close to the holidays.
This year I made 105 cards and all were mailed both domestically and internationally. I make about 10 - 11 each of 10 different designs (so I don't get bored - LOL). My husband helps with die cutting if there is a lot to do.
I usually start in October, although this year, the plan is 1 set a month beginning January.
I sent out about 70 cards this year. All were handmade, some I have had in my stash from past years, all were individual designs because I never like reproducing the exact thing over and over. The creative and fun part for me is always in the design and process. I also make at least 6 Christmas cards each month by following Christmas challenges that happen all throughout the year. There are two such challenges monthly here on SCS and there are others out there in the land of stamping challenges. It is also fun for me because most of the newest stamps and dies have been purchased after Christmas at discounted prices so I haven't used them for that season and am excited to come up with new ideas. Working ahead is the key for me!!

I kinda lost track but I’d say I sent at least 120 handmade cards. IMO the best ones were “dual holiday” - Christmas on the front and New Year’s on the back. I came up with that idea because I had a bunch of Happy New Year foiled sentiments that I didn’t want to waste. I put a small printed label inside that said something about turning the card around when Christmas was over
I sent 60, all hand stamped, about the same as last year. I start in Jan. and work on them all year but no more than 4 alike since I start making horrible mistakes if I make more than 4 or 5. I also make cards for every holiday starting with Valentines, St. Pats, Easter, July 4th, Halloween, and Thanksgiving, along with birthday and anniversary cards to family and friends, get well, sympathy and pet sympathy, back to school for 3 nieces and 2 great nieces/Nephew, new baby, graduation, job promotion, etc. I send hundreds of cards every year, all hand stamped, embossed or die cut; it keeps my arthritic hands functioning and me happy.
I am sorry about arthritic hands, but I totally get it. My thumb and middle finger get quite painful, but it comes and goes.
I just have to say “Wow!”! That is a lot of cards!
How does this work? Are they blank cards so the people who deliver the meals can write in them, and give them to meal recipients?

This sounds a lot like my list. I do all the holidays---big and small, back to school, birthdays, anniversaries and all other occasions for cousins, nieces, nephews, kids, grand kids, inlaws, etc. Stamping makes me happy and keeps me occupied and sane.
I sent about 60 cards this year, I think. I long ago made a document to print labels. I go through and make any necessary changes, save, and print the labels.
Honestly, the only ones who got handmade cards were my stamping friends, and a few others. I completely used up the holiday cards in my stash, so I really need to start early this year. I was gifted a Stampin Up kit to make Christmas cards, so I was able to put those together fairly quickly.
I left for a family cruise on December 21st. At that point, we hadn’t received very many. But, when I got home, there were tons of cards waiting for me!
It is great fun seeing how everyone handles their cards.
I usually send out about 50 cards each year, all handmade. This year however, I did a lot traveling in the fall when I usually make my cards, so I didn't get to make any Christmas cards. I did make New Year's cards and sent out about 40 of them. Two of them went to Australia. I also usually do a family newsletter and that didn't happen this year. Hopefully next year I'll be back on track.
