Default How many sets has SCS "made" you buy?

I have only been here for about two months and I can think of 4 sets that I have gotten after hearing all the buzz about what a great set it is. The one I have been so surprised by and had never gave it a second look in the catty is Shapes & Shadows. I didn't think much of this set in the catalog but I just used it for the first time and it is such an awesome set. The gallery is packed with great examples. The other sets I have bought because of SCS is Roses In Winter, Wash Day wheel & Farm Fresh. Some days I'm almost afraid to go to the gallery. LOL. What sets have you bought because of SCS?

I have bought SEVERAL..........Lovely as a Tree, Canvas, In Full Bloom........

I'm nervous to look into the gallery after next week when everyone starts using their new stamps. My wish list is really small right now........I'm sure that will change soon...........

Oh, where to start!!! This site has shown me the endless possibilities of stamping. After seeing all the beautiful cards for Watercolor Garden I & II, I had to get them (actually stole II from my sister!). I have also used sets that I wouldn't think I'd like - I received 3 of the Sellabrations sets (Fun Filled, Lexicon and Lots of Love) not even considering Paint Prints. My generous demo gave me her Paint Prints and it has become the most used set I have.

Great question! I'm sure that there will be many more sets after I start seeing what everyone does with the new catty. LOL

Like you: Shapes and Shadows, Canvas, Just Jeans, Lexicon of Love and believe it or not In Full Bloom (one of my favorite sets) and Paint Prints. This place is dangerous!

Paisley Print. I would have never have given this background stamp a second look ordinarly. But I was reading a post someone wrote that said she wasn't interested in it until she saw all the beautiful cards that people were making with. It peaked my interest so I looked at the gallery, and I ended up liking it, too! So when I found it was retiring, I decided to get it.

Also, Fishy Friends. I think this set is so cute, but I wouldn't of ordered it. That is until I saw some examples in the gallery!

OMGosh!!! Tons!! I HATED shapes and shadows and now I LOVE it!!! Lets see, same goes for In Full Bloom, and Paisley (which i gotta get before july 1). And the list goes on and on and on and on and on :o)

Not to mention all of the tools: like the prismacolor pencils (all 120 of them), xyron, sizzix, quickutz, RUBICOIL....be careful how much you are on this site as your pocket book will get slimmer and slimmer :o)

TOns of fun thought. I don't even go to any other sites now after I found splitcoast.

Paisley and Fairy Nice. I wasn't the least bit interested in either one until I peeked in the gallery. And I want In Full Bloom even more now than I did before I saw the gallery.

Shapes and Shadows and Paisley for a start. I also had no desire for Paint Prints until this wicked little site came into my life. That's only the beginning. I would have to say that this site has transformed me from a stamping enthusiast into a card carrying, true blue, died in the wool FANATIC. I need treatment.

Not many, since MOST were on my wish list to begin with when I joined last Nov!!!! lol BUT, with the new catty, I KNOW that my wish list will change and evolve so much. I LOVE the Frolicking Frogs in the gallery, but do not like the catty pic. So, that set, if I get it, I will give SCS credit for!! lol

Several!! I got Cool cat after seeing all the neat cards in the gallery. And since I'm not a demo, I get so excited when I get to peek and see the mini catty stuff in the gallery. . so I had to then get Sage advice. Now I'm liking Monkey business. . . here we go again!

But, seriously, it's GREAT to be inspired and excited about your hobby. It keeps me motivated!
