Hey there I was wondering how many stamp sets everyone has .. be honest now, our husbands are not reading this (lol) I have been stamping for about a year now and I have 25 sets. I am wanting way more as I love all the sets in the catalogue.
I have them all in Excel. Demo's should do this to see what you have saved
Put the catalog price then in the next column put what it is as 20% off then you can show your hubbies "LOOK I SAVED" I don't have one since I am only 20 but for those of you who doooo = ) haha
In 10 months, I've managed to accumulate 33 SU kits, 5 wheels, and 4 alphabets. (Not counting the non-SU stuff...)
My demo and I are on really good terms! hahahaha

I've been meaning to catalog what I have for insurance purposes anyway, so this was a good excuse to do research. I have 41 sets, 4 alphabets, and 13 wheels, and I just started this last October. Can we say "addict"?
My demo loves me. I had a party last month with 16 gals in attendance and three of my dear friends ordered over $120 a piece their first time out. My husband overheard my dear demo tell one of my friends that I am her best customer; DH has been asking ever since if that's true. Only the shadow knows!

I don't really stamp much. I'm just here for the company.
Funny you should ask...I stopped this morning as I was getting ready for work and took a quick count....I've been stamping for about 1.5 years and have 82 Stampin' Up! stamp sets in my stamp set storage shelves....But I have some that are duplicates or ones I don't really want and hope to sell someday in another area. I also have a small collection of Non-Stampin' Up! stamps and just this past weekend, I ordered my first sets from Close to my Heart, so 4 more are on the way....

I think I have 112 current sets (including background stamps) and can't remember how many retired ones. One time, long ago, I counted each individual stamp and got up to 888 before I passed out!!! I'm slowing wittling away the retired ones on ebay. Being a demo means that the retired ones usually sit in a box untouched so I don't forget and accidentally use them on something.
Geez, I really have 112 current sets?!? I need to remember that number the next time I get the urge to buy stamps!!!
I only have 19 and I've been stamping for 8 years, but I have 8 wheels, love those, and it's my turn to hostess next month for my stamp club and I'm hoping to get...well...at least...I don't know maybe 10? more. Yeah for me, I would stamp like crazy if I had as many as some of you do, let's face it, you can only do so much with some sets!!! But I love them all, my current fav is More Petal Prints!!
Good question!
I don't have enough ;) No really I have about 60 current ones, and about 9 retired I think. I don't hold on to the retired stamp sets and usually try to trade them off for some current ones in the catty
I just counted and have 55 SU sets. Then I have approx. 70 TAC sets and over 300 individual stamps from various companies. YIKES!! It's a good thing hubby doesn't sign on here!!!
okay I went and counted.... Why oh WHY did I DO THAT!!!???!!!
I now know why my demo likes me so much ;) I have 104 sets with 3 more on the way....and 2, yup that's 2, wheels ;)
I won't say how many sets I have of the competitions (I was in a CTMH stamp club for 3 years prior to 2004) and I have an attraction to Hero Arts stamps...but I didn't count anything but SU....
At last count it was 400+ SU active & retired sets. I am getting ready to count again as I will be trying to build new storage units for all of my stamp sets soon. If my design works, I will post it to SCS. Wish me luck!
Oh man! I only have 34 sets...I have no idea where in the world I would put 100's of sets if I had a collections like some of you gals! At least now I can tell my hubby that my collection is tiny compared to some of you that have been at this for many years!

Wow! I'm shocked. I thought I had a lot. I've been stamping for 2 years and own about 15 sets. I usually don't bring them out when my husband is home (thankfully he travels with work), but one day he saw them and commented that I must have spent $200 or so on them. Yeah, sure. Ha ha!
I would post the actual number if we were anonymously posting. However, I am near the top 2 after seeing the numbers here...does that answer without incriminating oneself?
I only have 50 sets but I try not to feel too sorry for myself since I haven't used some of the ones that are setting on my shelves. I go to meetings with my upline and she has loads!
Hundreds and hundreds. last year I had 65 RETIRE (and I still have most of those!) -- I counted a year ago and had 250 or so; I have added -- well-- ALOT since then -- probably another 100 or so.
I am not a demo, just obsessed!
I also have 75 or so TAC sets, Lots of CTMH sets, 50 or so sets of Club Scrap, 30 or more sets by Art by Moonlight, a ton of other miscellaneous unmounteds, and a whole bunch of single sets.
I have mine all listed on a spreadsheet in Excel....96 sets thus far, and I am not a demo!! I have been stamping for probably 5 years or so, and I do try to sell the sets that I do not use on a regular basis. I just don't have the room for them.. I stamp in a walk-in closet.

I have only been stamping for 9 months and I have (at last count--they may have reproduced while I'm gone...HAHAHA) 48 stamp sets. That doesn't include all of my NON-SU! stamps and sets.

My DD, Emma, thinks I'm the greatest. Nothing is better than that!!
i'm sitting at about 75 sets, 2 wheels, all the classic pads...BUT now i HAVE to get the new ones and when the retired list comes out...well....i may have to "fluff" the checkbook!!!:p
Since attending my first SU! party in late February, I have already acquired 11 stamp sets - YIKES!! I do not have any wheels or SU! alphas yet, but I have probably 50 individual stamps from HL and Mikes as well as around 6 alpha sets from various manufacturers. I have been a scrapbooker for about 4 years and DH just rolls his eyes that SU! is my latest fad, although I have stamped and made cards for years.
I do have a question though, I was wondering if some of you would mind posting links to how you have stored your stamp sets. I have my individual stamps stored in a container with those plastic pull-out drawers that are used to store nails and screws in a garage, but I am not sure about the best way to store the SU! sets. Any ideas would be great! Thanks!
I have been stamping since Jan. 2004 and I have so many that I am embarrassed to count. I have lots of retired sets, current sets, 15 wheels, 3 jumbo, all the ink pads and I have never counted because I am just plain scared too!!! Does that make sense? I guess when I get my new craft room this summer and move everything into it, I will count them. Yeepee, my son is moving out this summer and I cannot wait to have a room devoted to scrapping and stamping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband was reading over my shoulder and laughing! He asked how many I had and I said, "I'm not sure". He said I bet you have about 50. (I've been stamping one year, been a demo for about 10 months.) I went and counted and guess what? 48!!! Has he been spying or what?
