How soon are SU orders shipping?

I placed an order with my demo 11 days ago and she tells me it still has not shipped. How soon are orders shipping right now? I know they must be swamped with the new catty orders but I thought I'd ask because I am so impatient to get my new stuff.

That is crazy.I know that they didn't ship out of the new catty until the 5th but my order from the 5th should be here today (since it takes almost 10 days to get to me). Maybe she waited a few days before ordering too. I would make her check again.

Anyone else? I did send her a message asking her to check again. She's usually pretty prompt so maybe she has been too busy to check recently. I haven't heard from her since the end of last week. The longer I wait for what I did order, the more I regret what I didn't order. I'm already planning my next order and that is not good for my pocket book.

i don't know. that sounds weird to me. my orders always ship within like 2 days... so maybe she just go busy and doesn't want to say anything? i'd give her a call.

It should have shipped. If you placed your order on the 5th and let's say she held it for 3 days (your right to cancel window) and placed the order on the 8th, it should have gone to picking on the 9th and shipped either that day or the next. It should be almost to you! I placed an order on the 6th which is scheduled for delivery today, an order on the 10th is supposed to be here on the 18th, and my order from the 11th is scheduled for the 17th (in fact this one is in Lexington, KY right now ;)

So my answer is yes, it should be at least shipped by now. I'd give your demo a call and just ask her what's up with it. Keep it light and don't appear to be accusing her of anything, maybe tell her you were concerned about your lonely rubber LOL

I placed an order on the 10th, and it shipped on the 12th. I'm getting it on the 18th.

I placed an order on Friday morning, and it shipped Friday evening.

Ya, I used to be a demo and I didn't think it took ten days for them to ship an order, even at this time of year. I'm assuming she didn't place it as soon as I'd hoped. Her mother has breast cancer and she is pretty involved with that so I'm guessing she got busy and forgot to place it. Well, I'm hoping it shows up today or tomorrow.
