Hi, my name is Sarah, and I can't say I'm a stamping addict...yet... because I am still waiting for my starter kit, but I feel like I'm going through gallery withdrawl too! The gallery has been so inspiring to me and it makes me so excited to get my stamps, but with it being gone, these forums are all I have...
I know I will quickly become a stamping addict too.

gallery withdrawl
I'm with you. I can't wait for the gallery to come back up. Since I am fairly new to here & stamping, I am taking this time to catch up on the sketch challenges. I went clear back & started with #1 & am working my way through them. I guess I'll do the color challenges after that.(if I have the required ones)
We just have to remember that everyone is working really hard to continue to provide us with the most AWESOME site available to us.
Yes, I am going through gallery withdrawals as well. It has been over a week since we have been able to get on there. I am sooo disappointed. I got 4 new stamp sets this week, and I was hoping to be able to get some fresh new ideas using these sets. I know they are feeling the pressure and know how we all feel and I should be understanding but pleeeaaassseee just a little something to tide us over......who am I kidding it would never be enough until we have our precious site back!! Ugh! I was never a patient pereson.....but sit I will and pray!
I feel your pain. On the other hand, I just pulled about an acre of weeds, washed and waxed the car, cleaned the garage, and started to prepare a nice dinner. I need the gallery! DH may start expecting this!
Hi..My name is Lynn and I'm addicted to SCS. I keep clicking on the gallery link hoping it will appear. It's sort of like when your batteries are wearing out in your t.v. remote and you keep moving them around hoping it will work perfectly again. But..on the other hand...I got some cleaning done today.
I am suffering serious withdrawal also... I thought it was bad last week with the forums, this is even worse......
I have read the notice on the front page but I still check back every hour just to make sure,,,, Would cookies help? :-) I dont have money as I have spent it all on stamps.

I'm also having BIG time withdrawal! I just got into a major creative flow and started uploading stuff to the gallery, and now I can't check to see if they're there! AAARGGGGHHHHHHH!!!! I'm checking every 30 minutes!

Can you remember what life was like before The Gallery? We all had clean houses, cooked elegant meals, had beautiful gardens and lawns, grew our own cotton and spun thread to weave the fabric for our husbands shirts......walked uphill both ways to the grocery store in 4 feet of snow....ahh, those were the good ole days!;)
and just think, I know I don't want to hear it, Daven is saying it may be Monday until it's back!!! At least people have found a way to post challenge cards. They are attaching them to the correct forum! Are they clever?
I am sick of dusting...straightening...the house looks like we're sellin it!
No more laundry left to do...good grief...I'll start ironing tomorrow.
Where will it all end!

The thought of those DD uploads I can't view is getting to me. I have tried to compensate by reading the SS article about the new colors about 50 times. I have also gotten the calculator out and figured and re-figured my strategy for all those great new colors!!! I am not even kidding when I tell you that when woke-up this a.m., that my first thought...really, not kidding....was.....

I wish I would have spent a little more time in the galleries last weekend. I don't know which is worse? I had the whole weekend to stamp and am strugling without my "inspriration"! Well, hopefully next week sometime. Thanks for your updates Daven!
I will tell you guys what is worse than the Gallery being down right now. I haven't seen the Gallery in 3 weeks, due to moving houses. I am so withdrawn right now I may just shrival up and dry right out, I will need to be reinked to bring me back probably. DH got the computer back online on Thursday night and the first thing I did was come here only to find out I would have to wait, ugh, how long, can't survive............

Hi, my name is Jenifer. I too am completely lost without all of your wonderful ideas! I don't know how many times I've logged on hopin', wishin' & prayin' the gallery would come back. I've spent hours sitting infront of my stamps...staring... and nothing. No inspiration. No ideas. No nothing. The house is clean, the laundry is done, the dogs are sleepin' ... what now?!!!?

My name is Lisa and I am a recoving SCS Gallery addict. I have been clean for about a week now but my pusher Daven is working really hard on getting me hooked again. You gals are cracking me up. I only started stamping in October and my DH tells me daily that I need a 12-step program. I just finished my own stamping space in what was our office. My demo calls me her "best customer" and my DH cringes. DH hates that I've started calling him "DH."
At any rate, it's so nice to know I am not the only person out there going through gallery withdrawl. I feel like I am among sisters!

I don't really stamp much. I'm just here for the company.
I know updates are something that must be done from time to time, but this must fall under cruel and unusual punishment! My sister has been telling me about this site for some time, I finally decided to try it, fell in love, joined and BAM - Gallery is down! What I have seen is great and I can't wait to be able to see more. I keep trying just in case it comes back up, but if I have to wait till Monday, that means it will be at night. Unfortunately I have to work at a real job in order to afford my stamping pleasures.
