A total of 192 individual stamps today! Someone a couple of days ago asked what was sitting on your shelf, I didn't realize I had that many to mount. I now have a headache but it is finally done. Also, on alpha stamps do you cut out the middle of the Q, O, or D? Do most of you use the SU scissors, any tips on how you cut out small rounded sections? I'm just glad it's finally all done! Woo hoo!
Good job! I know you're glad that's done! It has never occurred to me to snip out the inside of O's, Q's, or D's, so I've never done it. I don't have the SU scissors but I've heard wonderful things about them. I'm not cutting and mounting another set until I have those scissors in my hand! They're going on my next order.
I can't imagine mounting that many sets in a day. My hands hurt after just doing a couple. Well, congratulations!! Now you need to start stamping!

Amazing! I have arthiritis and this made my hands hurt just reading your post. I do cut out the middle of my O's, Q's, etc. I put the rubber part on top of a cutting mat or glass board and cut it out with a utility knife - swivel or otherwise.
My word, congratulations. I would never have the patience to do that. And why would anyone cut out the middle of Os or Qs, etc? It doesn't affect the stamping quality.

Sometimes I tend to be a "heavy" stamper and put too much pressure when I'm putting the stamp to paper and ink gets in the middle area of the "O" or "Q" and the ink gets on the paper. That's why I cut it out.
Holy Toledo!!!! 27 sets in one day?!!?!?!!! And let me ask you, why do you have so many sets that you've never used and when did you acquire them all and how did you forget about them! This boggles my mind, but really I'm just thinking about the little blister on my finger from cutting a few chicken jerky strips into little bits for my dog (see avatar), let alone 27 sets. Like wise women say.... You go girl!!!!
