Oh, Mr. Brown just dropped my first new catty order on my front porch. I am LOVIN' the Hodgepodge Hardware set - I got Pewter to start with - wondering how to attach these cutie things to the front of our linen album?!
The technique booklets match our new catty cover and contain alot of new material - how to use accessories to jazz up your sb pages.
The new clear buttons are thick and sturdy. They are bigger than I thought, too. Perfect for highlighting page/card elements. I'm soooo excited.
The ribbon now has the colors, in all languages of course, printed on the side of the spool.
Still hate the new SU colors but will adjust.
You gals are going to LOVE the hodgepodge kit - way too cool! And when it is empty if can be decorated and stamped of course!

I'm confused I ordered last minute from the old catty... It won't be here until next week and half the stuff hasn't shipped! How are they sending out new orders before the old?!?! Although, I am happy for you. I haven't even decided what I will get on my first order. I'm a hobby demo and I spent way too much on my last order. (Who am I kidding, I spend wat too much on every order)!!!!!!! So I think I need to wait awhile before I place another order. Enjoy all of your new toys! Dina

It doesn't make sense that you would receive new catty stuff before old catty stuff, especially if the old catty order was placed before July 1. Can anyone figure that out?

Expedited shipping. If you paid for next day on Tuesday, it shipped Wednesday, and will arrive today. 2nd day ordered on Tuesday will deliver Friday!

I am not sure what second day order is - is that also an extra cost? Sorry - I am not too familiar with this! I think the other 2 orders were just the regular shipping, but were ordered for me on July 1. Does that mean I get them on Friday?

WHAT? I placed an order yesterday for 2 day delivery just knowing it would be delivered on Friday so I would have all weekend to play! You mean my order won't be here until Monday? Please don't tell me that! Excuse me, I need to make a trip to the restroom, I think I'm gonna be sick....

next day air order comes today ($40 on top of regular shipping)
second day comes tomorrow! ($20 on top of regular shipping)

When you gotta have it, you gotta have it! Besides, I have a workshop this weekend and I REALLY wanted all the cool new accessories and die cut things we sell. Better to show them in real life than in a catalog - although our new catalog is the BEST!
$40 - well spent!

I got expedited 2nd day shipping too on my order that was placed on Tuesday at noon and my order is still saying it is in picking! It's been in picking since 7am yesterday morning. I dunno what the hold up is but I guess I will not have my box of goodies for the weekend to play. :( Is it possible that they haven't updated the status of the order yet??

I have to say I am little annoyed that there are people still waiting for June orders and people are getting new catty orders already. But I have been a little more than frustrated with SU ever since they switched warehouses. It just hasn't been the same since.
Jen, people paid extra for expedited shipping... that's always been around.... it isn't that they shipped new catty REGULAR orders before the old ones or even that they shipped the expedited first.... they just ship expedited with MUCHO faster shipping....

I know, BUT regular shipping is taking 1 -2 weeks longer now than it did a year ago. Sorry to be a spoiler. Have fun with your new stuff.

This is the first time I paid the extra for 2nd day shipping. I wanted to have my order this Friday so I could play with the new stuff over the weekend. I have friends coming from Virginia Beach this coming Wednesday. All 6 of them! We will be shopping and stamping. I wanted to play with watercolor crayons before they get here so I will know how to use them!
