No sooner did i just return home from michaels where i purchased the giga and mega scallop punches, only to see this thread and then just had to order the snap stamps in the 1/4 and 1/8. DH is goin' be mighty mad with me......... But i just couldn't help myself. Hope i love the snap stamps when they arrive.
I went on Joanns site, and did not see the 1/4" letters. I only saw 1/8", 1/2", & 1". Also, has anyone used the Vellum double sided glue dots?
Please help!
You're right, the 1/4" casual ones aren't there anymore. I know I saw them listed on joann.com yesterday. I wonder if they sold out?? Wouldn't be surprised, with the way the SCS'ers have been buying them up!
I am so glad I bought both fonts in the 1/4" size, since I guess we bought them out! See what you do to us, MamaK. I should have mine on Tuesday! I did resist the punches, although I'm not sure I should have. But, my Michael's carries them and I can always use a 40% coupon if I really need them.
Okay, you all have convinced me that I need snap stamps -- ordered a set of 1/4" from JoAnn's this morning along with a couple of oval punches. Sheesh!
On the snap stamps discussion, I bought my sets from JoAnns yesterday, then my daughter wanted some, so I got back on the site and ready to check out they wouldn't let me use my free shipping code again. Well, today they have the coupon code at Addicted to Scrapbooking, so I went there and they have them for $10.00, so I got both the casual, and formal for $10.00. The down side was shipping, but, I still feel like I got a bargin.
Yeah...my two sets are due to arrive Monday!!! I can''t wait. I made about 20 cards this weeknd that are just waiting for sentiments. I know what I'll be doing Monday..........

Please post them when you finish! I really like to see what others have done. I won't get mine until after the baby is born, so it might take me a while to get any stamping done & posted.
Iwould not want anyone not be able to go broke with me, but just to let you know, I was able to find my stamps at CreateforLess.com! They cost a little more than JoAnn's and no free shipping, but they were on sale. But, when you are as desperate as we seem to be for these stamps, who cares. :=) So, yep, I caved too! I just can't believe I did this.....I had never seen or heard of these snap stamps before this thread and after reading all these great raves, I went and ordered both 1/8 and1/4 in both fonts. I hope I like them as much as all of you! It was one of those things that I just couldn't stop thinking about so I caved in. Thanks to whomever posted the code for free shipping thru JoAnn"s I used it and it was a big saver. Now what are all of you great ladies coming up with next that I need and must have?!?!?!? This sight is the best trouble that I can get into. I just may have to serve some "jail time" in my craft room. Arrest me now.

DITTO! After reading this thread, I purchased the 1/8" formal, and the 1/4" and 1/2" in the casual. I just ordered these last Thursday and they already came today! They are so great! I deintely would recommend them.

MamaK! You are so bad. You're "wassup chickie" card totally convinced me that I MUST have these. However, I already told my husband to keep me away from the craft stores for the remainder of this pay period, possibly even the month. <gasp!> Anyway, I am glad to find this as I think these will be AWESOME stamps to have. Sometime next month...
I ordered mine last week but they haven't arrived yet....maybe today? I did go to my local Joann's yesterday though and they did not have them in the store; I was dying to see what they looked like! Have to wait til they come in :???: ; I have to tell you though, I've been scoping out the Hallmark aisle for ideas for funny one-liners!

Those are too cool. I went to Michael's yesterday and thought about getting the magnetic alphabet stamps, but ended up with some acrylic ones instead. Now I'm wondering if I should have gone for these.

With the latest Karen Foster Snap Stamps CRAZE, I tried to order from Joann.com but they are out... checked with Addicted to Scrapbooking, they are out of the 1/4 and 1/8 sizes. Checked with CreateForLess, they are out of the 1/8 ! Sheesh. Where else can I find the 1/8 Snap stamps??? Someone, please leave something out there for me to order! Lol.

Try www.ktcrafts.com They carry the snap stamps in all sizes and have reasonable shipping. Joanns has the 1/4 Casual back in stock this morning. Plus they have the 1/8 Formal in stock.
Just curious if these are available at a regular JoAnn's store or only at their site?
Hey Sister, Don't know if they sell them at JoAnn's store or not. But I got mine yesterday and have been having fun playing with them. Got three sets. The fourth was out of stock. Try the website they might be back in stock. Good luck. ME
