Default idea from Children's magazine.......

While waiting at a doctor's office, I was thumbing through a publication meant for children. It had an idea for making a bookmark. Use sheer ribbon with gold edges and glue the edges together leaving a small opening. Into the opening carefully fill with glittery stars and then seal the opening. I got to thinking that this idea could have many possibilities for card making ! If a very wide ribbon was used, a stamped image could be inserted. I am short on time this morning, but it would be fun to think of all the ways a stamper could put this idea to use on cards!

Happy Holidays from a new member!!

Actually this was on a DIY scrapbooking show once too, there is such a thing as tube ribbon so that theres not really any gluing involved and you can fill the ribbon pretty easily that way. It does look really cool!
