Lightbulb ideas for sports pins?

I thought I might tap the collective wisdom of the SCS community to solve a scrapping dilemma I have.

We have four wonderful kids, and through the years of their involvement in sports, I've amassed quite a collection of photo buttons. What I like about them is that they really graphically depict their growth from season to season, year to year. I hope to come up with a novel and creative way of putting them in a book, or displaying them.

Does anyone have an idea, or seen a display or altered book that could accomodate this type of media?

How about a shadow box with other items from the sports they were in?

I have quite a collection of sports pins too!
I bought this large, wire wall hanging. It was designed to "tuck" little mementos and other pieces of paper to. (Kinda like an updated version of a chicken wire bulletin board) The wire was sturdy, so I pinned the photo buttons right to the wire and voila! It looks cool. I have it hanging in the kitchen. people always comment about it. Its fun to see the buttons of when the kids were younger.

There's a similar memory board shown here:

Brilliant idea! Thanks for the suggestion, and the helpful link. That looks like it will work!
