choose 1 set from the current catalog, which would it be and why? (impossible question for a lot of people, I know, but I'm curious as I am probably only going to be able to purchase 2 sets tops out of this catalog!)
Oooh, tough one! Embrace Life seems like one of the most versatile (and most popular) sets, so I'd probably get that one. Always is really fresh and cute, but then again, I'm constantly looking for more sentiments, so maybe Many Happy Returns (I'd cut it up like I did with So Many Sayings). It's so hard to choose! Guess it depends on what your needs are.
I'm really in love with Stitched Exotics, but based on samples in the gallery, I'd probably go with Embrace Life. It seems really versatile and there are tons of samples to use for inspiration!
wow! i am gonna check out the "embrace life" gallery and check that one out a bit closer... it wasn't even on the very top of my list, but maybe i have been blind I am considering "always" as I love the bird and some of the other stamps, it is the sentiments that I woudn't use much. I also worry that the style of it is a passing trend and I am really trying to watch what "trends" i buy into. thanks for all your responses! i'm gonna go check some more galleries of the ones suggested!
Always - I have used it on some form or other on almost every card I make lately. I LOVE it! I think I have one card with it in my gallery (using it with other stamps)
I love the embrace life set because of the many different looks you can get with all the stamps in the set. But today I fell head over heals with the boho backgrounds set and, specifically, with the medallion stamp in that set. Check out all the things I was able to do witht hat stamp: http://stampwithdiane.blogspot.com/2...d-over-14

I love this set (Boho Backgrounds) too (and what you did with that medallion is terrific!) - I think that it would be very versatile. I would get this one and the One of a Kind when it becomes available again.
I absolutely love the hostess level 3 set, Time Well Spent. There are some beautiful cards in the gallery made with this set and I think it's a very versatile set. Why, why, why does it have to be a level 3?????

WOW!!! That is so cool what you did with the medallion stamp! Thanks for pointing that out!
One of a kind is the only one I really want - too bad it doesn't look like it will be available for my club this Thursday - I might just not place a big enough order to get something from SAB as a result because I really don't want to settle for something else just to fill the order - I wanted everything in the order to be what I loved.
