I chose the blender pen choice but my new favorite is using the aquapainter with the underside of my ink pads (squeeze the pad to get ink on the lid and use that). I like the look just as well as a blender pen (maybe more) and I don't have to keep buying blender pens all the time! I swear, I think I bought 3 packages of those in the last 2-4 years. Aquapainter is only purchased once!
I love using either my ink pads, or my markers with the Aquapainter. For the markers I just use a paper plate and brush some color on to the plate. I can then easily pick up the color with my Aquapainter!
I do sometimes use my Primsacolor pencils too, but I perfer them for images with more coloring area.
Hope that makes sense!

I got the full set of the watercolour crayons as a gift from my demo when I cut out and mounted 55 stamp sets for her and I can not live without them. I use them more than my chalks and blender pens. They are so much fun!

90% of the time when it comes to coloring I use the aqua painter and crayons. I feel like I just outgrew the chalks somehow.
Also the crayons are so darned convenient rather than opening up several ink pads and having to be careful not to brush against them or have something from your overly-cluttered desktop fall onto them... or maybe that's just me : )

For me, my ink pads and blender pens are the only way to go. While the ink pad is closed, I give it a little squeeze, so some of the ink transfers into the underside of the lid. Then I use my blender pen, and paint away!! I am guaranteed a perfect color match every time!!
I mostly use watercolor pencils or ink pad with a watercolor brush or blender pen. But I used my friends TAC Watercolor Crayons. Yeah, shouldn't have done that cause now I have to have them! There is nothing better in my opinion.

[quote=rocketgirl96]None of the above. I prefer using my inkpads and aquapainter or paintbrush for watercoloring. I also love my chalks.[/quote
I also use this method...I haven't had luck with the blender pens....]

Depends on what kind of look I'm going for and what stamp(s) I'm using. I guess I would have to say that I use my watercolor pencils, crayons, and blender or aqua painter the most. I still use my chalks too.
Smiles, Joanne
I guess my vote probably shouldn't count seeing as how I've only used the colored pencils with a blending medium. Looks like I really need to get some watercolor crayons!
I picked the first one, but I really just use an Aquapainter and my ink pads. Mostly it's becuase it's what I have! (Or markers - that's really my favorite.)
