Default If You Normally Join Swaps Please....

Please look at my All Occasion With A "Twist" swap and let me know why people are not joining.

It is my first swap and if I am asking too much or doing something wrong I would really really like to know. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

I admit, I have no idea how to join a swap and what one entails.

The *only* reasons I wouldn't join are that I tend to only join "current stamp set only" swaps. Since I'm a demo, this is the only way to ensure I'll be able to utilize them in my business. Also, this time of year can be difficult for swapping - vacations, getting ready for convention (and all that swapping!), etc...

But overall your swap looks great, and I'm sure it'll fill in no time!! Happy stampin'!

I've participated in a number of swaps and love doing them. The only drawback I would have in participating in your swap is that from what I understand I would need to do 10 different cards. It's a lot easier to do 10+1 or however many of the same card. Let me know if I'm wrong about that.

There is a stamp set called All occassions, maybe people think you have to use that set. I would also agree that it is difficult to make 10 different cards for a swap. Maybe the card fronts could be the same, but the greeting inside could be 10 different greetings. Or even 5 different greetings and 2 of each. It is a pretty challenging swap otherwise.

Granny!

Congratulations on signing up! Way to go!
I would join your swap if I wasn't going to be on vacation. I think that mschoener is right though and the problem may be that everyone needs to make 11 different cards. Swaps are generally all cards the same. I personally love your idea, but a lot of people may have a hard time coming up with that many different cards. It looks like you have a start, I hope you fill up the rest of the way. Don't give up on it, you still have time to fill those spots up, just keep bumping it back up. Good Luck!

I agree with all the other posters, I think the problem is coming up with 11 different cards and also that everyone is not going to get the same cards back, they will all be different. Are you going to do one from each catagory for each person or how is that going to work? Good luck, you are getting a few people now and I am sure it will fill up more, just give it some time. Congrats on signing up...
