What are the best accessories to go with it? Ribbon, twill tape? Anything else? How do you make it look good? Thanks!

Lots of ribbon and twill tape. Also, if you don't have the 1/16th punch, you should get it as well. That will make it much easier to punch holes for the brads. If you really want to go all out, consider getting everyday flexible phrases. I don't have it, but my guess would be that the words would fit really well in the frames.
