Default Introduction and SU question
Greetings!

My name is D.J. (ok, I go by DJ but my real name is Denaha) and I live in Houston, Texas. I've been rubber stamping about 7 years now but only addicted in the last 2 years.

I found this site and I have to say WOW! There are some wonderful ideas and some generous and wonderful people here..more so than any other web group I've lurked on.

SU question... :oops:
I had only heard about SU before but I know nothing about it, I've never seen a demo or used any products. Is there a web site that I can take a look at the products without investing in a demo? Is there a place on that site where I can find the demo nearest to me? I definitely feel outnumbered here since there are so many SU demos but I don't feel like I'm out of place or unwelcome.

You guys rock!

I think you can put in your zip code to locate a demo near you. HTH!!!

There is a demo locator at www.stampinup.com . All you have to do is enter your address and it will give you a list of demos near you.

hey DJ WELCOME!!! Dont feel outta place....I am not a demo either, alot of us arent....but I LOVE being amongst the mix..you get all kinds of info and there are some great ladies here that will help you with anything within minutes!!!! again, welcome!!!

ps..i have only been a member since Nov....and look at my post count.... :oops: :lol: :oops:

Hey DJ welcome to our happy site, Glad you found some names in your area, a word of advice, GO TO SEE ALL OF THEM then choose who you like best! When there is a choice to be had do yourself a favor and get familiar with them all before you decide who you would like to attach yourself to!
So you have to upload some stuff to the gallery and let us get to know you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We love newcomers, especially those who take the time to say hey!

Welcome, DJ! I am a demo and just let me say that you don't have to "invest" in a demo! I'm sure one of the demos near you would be glad to show you the catalog and introduce you to the wonderful world of Stampin' Up! Most of us are real people who love to share our passion for stamping. :lol:
