Default Invisible stamp-a-ma-jig?

Does anyone else have this problem? When I am using mine, I will put down my clear plastic piece and then not be able to find it again! To help put a stop to this tonight, I cut two thin strips of white paper and adhered them to the middle of the clear plastic in the shape of an x. Hope this helps someone else!
Pam

Great idea Pam!
I spend to much time looking for mine. I'm going to give this a try.

Great idea! I have trouble finding things as soon as I put them down (hence the multitude of scissors, adhesive, etc!) ...and when they are clear, it makes it even harder

I did something similar....I stuck a brightly colored sticker in the middle of mine. I also bought an extra package of three, so that I could always have one handy if I still manage to misplace it!

What a great idea... I always misplace my clear plastic when I'm stamping with it! ;)

I often used cardstock vellum and keep it in the stamp case for the stamps I am using it with.

Look at the things you buy that are in clear packaging. This you would usually throw away. I have cut squares of this and used it with my stamp-a-ma-jig. What's better than free?

I have a bright orange post it note stuck to mine. I can spot that sucker in a second! (I had the same problem with my white ruler at work getting lost in all the paperwork so I coloured a label with a highlighter and stuck it to the ruler)
