ISO Card Organizer in Gallery

Hi All,
I have been trying to find this Card Organizer posted in the gallery. It was posted a long time ago, but I can't find it right now. If I remember correctly, it was originally a coupon holder or 4x6 picture holder covered and made into a card holder. I believe the person who created it gave it away as a gift. I alos think it was decorated in the Gable Green striped designer paper we have we lots of embellishments. If any one knows what I am trying to describe, could you please attach a link to this Organizer. Thanks for your help. I have been searching all afternoon, I'll have to look some more tonight.

I havent' seen what you are looking for. I'll try to look also.

I took a file card holder and labeled the folder parts by what ever card I wanted to put there (birthday, thank you, friend, Christmas, etc.) My mom gave me the file holder and I have held onto it because I knew eventually that I would find a use for it.
