ISO - Halloween "Boo" Kit/ideas

I can't remember if it was here or not - but I've seen these "BOO" kits put together for your neighbors. Basically they are bags (or gable boxes) decorated and filled with Halloween goodies - a cute poem attached & then anonymously delivered to a neighbor. The neighbor then hangs the "I've been BOOED" sign in the window and does it for another neighbor.

Anyone seen this, able to help me...

We do one in our neighborhood and in the bag we put a Ghost cut out of posterboard, a copy of the poem and then some little Halloween items like Jiffy pop popcorn with the lid stamped, a small scarecrow or anything you want to put in it. The poem goes like this;

The Phantom

The phantom haunts you happily
from now through Halloween
and was delivered by a friend
who (hopefully) was not seen.
the spirit of the neighborhood
has come to wish you well.
someone, somewhere, selected you
to recieve this this happy spell.
you must display the phantom
on your door so all can spy
that you're already haunted by
this happy little guy.
then fix three sacks of goodies
like the given to you.
ring their bell and leave a bag
and make them happy too!

We do this at work every year. So much fun!!

The poem we include is:

The air is cool, the season is fall
Soon BOOs will come to one and all.

The treats that came with this special note
are your to keep so enjoy them both.

The fun comes when friends like you
will copy this and make it two.

Then others here among out friends
will give warm fuzzies that will not end.

We'll all have smiles upon our faces
no one will know who BOO'd whose places.

Just one short day to work your fun
or a big zap will strike.....so run!

And don't forget the nifty treat
like something cute or something sweet.

Please join the fun, let's really hear it
and spread some BOOs and a lot of kind spirit.

I forgot to add that we attach a ghost to put on their desks so we know who already got "booed"
