where did you hear this? I heard through the grapevine at a meeting that some stuff that was in the winter mini was in the spring mini. But, some of us looked and we could not find it.

I'm so glad to hear this. I can demonstrate them for a while longer. Bud do you think this means they will not be in the new catty?

My upline's upline, sent it to our entire team this morning. She received the info from her SAM with Stampin' Up!

I sure hope it will be in next years catalog....I like them both but wasn't going to buy them right away...too many other recent purchases...This way I can order them in a few months. I've not been with Stampin' Up! for a year yet, so I don't know if this is an indication that it will be in the next catalog or not....hope so though.

I wonder why???? There was another mistake 2 years ago in the printing of a mini. I think they heard a lot of uproar about that one and after all was said and done they didn't bring back the Sketches stamp set in this current catalog. I sure do hope that won't be the case again.

They might be in the new catalog but can't see how we can order through the end of the catalog year since they are not in the Spring mini.

The same way we order the hermafix which is not in the catty. We will have the number and will have to spread the news by word of mouth (and some sort of flyer I am sure).

It is all true. If you look in the Spring Mini they use both sets in the samples. They wouldn't be sampling something you couldn't buy now would they.
You just use the same item number so keep that winter mini around. I'm to accume they will go into the new catty cause they are such a popular item but I have no clue how they figure that out.

If you read the fine print on page 5 for the Canvas Background and on page 22 for the collage alphabet...it gives the item numbers and prices for ordering.

Does anyone know the *official* reason for this? Curious as to why SU! extended the sales of these particular stamps as opposed to others.

I imagine they are extending the sales period because these sets have been vastly popular. I think SU may have new marketing people. It makes good business sense to extend the selling period. Wish they would have done that for Petal Prints.

Default Petal Prints

I think it's pretty safe to assume the selling period for Petal Prints will be extended for a significant amount of time once the new catalog is in our hands!

I'd almost wager both Petal Prints and More Petal Prints will be in the new catalog......seems odd that they put out a "companion" set if they have no intentions of selling them both in the new catty!

Hard to believe it's almost time to start thinking about the new catty already....I for one am excited to see what new products they'll offer this year!

Bingo! My thoughts exactly!

It will be no surprise to me when these two items (collage alpha & canvas) are in the 2005-2006 catty. If they are not, well, I'll cry!
