Default I've purchased a terrific resource

especially for those of us with no access to Stamp Camps, demos, etc.

Texture Effects by Nancy Curry. Bought it online along with Suze Wienberg's technique book. Texture Effects arrived today in the mail--with an order of stamping stuff.

Don't think you'll see me on the forums much today!

Looking forward to the stuff you've made today. When are you going to upload it?

You are absolutely right about this Nancy Curry book. Texture Effects is amazing! I got it about 8 months ago and it is a wonderful resource. I highly recommend it to anyone - beginner or advanced. All I have to say is, come on Nancy let's get moving on another one of your fantastic books!

Rainsong,

Thanks for sharing some good resources. I'm just a beginning stamper and I'm always on the lookout for inspiration. Love looking at all the cards in the gallery at SCS.

What is this Texture Effects stuff and where did you get it online? Sorry I've never heard of it. What can you do with it?

Texture Effects is a book by Nancy Curry. Tons of techniques to give backgrounds 'texture,' some with embellishments, fibers, wax seals, etc., others simply through the use of various inks.

To tell you the truth, I saw the cover on Amazon and simply HAD to buy it because it was so gorgeous.

Guess I'm going to have to go check that out. TFS.
