OOOH you are so mean to rub it in! Mine don't come till Thursday! Darn computer glitch kept mine away from me till they figured it out. . . .I am SOOO ready to get to work on those!

NO WAY! I don't get mine until Thursday because of the little computer glich. Like they really want money for the stamp sets now. What is up with that?! Ho hum!

I had a computer glitch too...I wonder why I got mine so early? Oh well! I will definitely post my samples! (and by the way, DH has already kept me from stamping...come on, who really needs toilet paper! Wink wink)
Okay guys. No pressure here. But I *need* to see some ideas from the new catalog sets to kind of ease my pain. Come on. . . post something! It is KILLING ME!!!!!
And no, I can't move away from Beate. She will leave me soon enough, and I'll have to go on weekend trips to visit, but until then, I'll just stay where I've been all my life!
Okay, I'm thinking that I can jump in my car and make it to Kurstan's house before she gets home. I promise to have your stamps back to you by Thursday (when mine come)! LOL!
Sorry, Jenn... I got mine mounted last night, but I have to work today. My husband has an activity tonight and I have to go with him... So no stamping for me today! Maybe tomorrow!

Mine are coming tomorrow (Wednesday!) I'm excited...I'm trying to make swaps for convention and I know that I will want to do some using the new sets! Plust I need to make more samples for the summer mini and work on projects for next week's class...so I'm going to be very busy stamping this week!
No fair...everyone who gets new stamps needs to make something with them as soon as they get them. I already want to buy the Ladybug Picnic just from today's posts.....

I think SCS needs a new Smiley logo - one with a GREEN face! I am happy you all got your stamps, but I'm trying SOOOO hard to be patient Right now, we're too poor to pay attention, but I'm saving pennies for a big order after Convention. Hi everyone, newbie here. I received my sets today - cut, mounted and even a few samples to post, but I don't know how to get them uploaded! I have loved being a voyeur and looking at everyone fabulous projects, I hope mine are worthy!
Just wondering what sets everyone else ordered, which is your fav? I got Ladybug Picnic, It's a Party & Word Play.
I'm so glad there will be only 1 catty. I'm not a demo and sometimes I don't know what stamp set(Ladybug Picnic) you ladies are talking about and then I realize it's in the Idea catty. Which of course I don't have. I'm only a card maker, not a scrapper.
I am SOOOOO excited for mid July to get here. Where's a time machine when you need one? I won't get my Petal Prints until Friday...you might as well put me in chains and hang me by the rafters...it's torture I tell you, torture!

Ya'll make me want to join the company more and more!!! I am just a good customer but seem to get my fix by living through ya'll!!! My friend who has been stamping much longer than me thinks it is funny that I get on here and "lurk"! Thanks so much for getting things on quickly So that I can check things out. Oh, I am dying! We really do need that green emoticon. I can't wait till July. And I want to be a demo! The only way I'm existing is by looking at the cute stuff y'all have posted. Ladybug picnic is so cute. I have a 7 year old girl who loves bugs, especially ladybugs. Got to have it. Really, just stick me in the iron maiden or something!
For those wondering what in the heck we are talking about:
Stampin' Up! releases a few sets from the new idea book a couple months in advance to demonstrators only. We could start ordering them on June 1st. There were a five of them plus a new wheel...and I bought almost all!
I bought Shapes & Shadows, Word Play, Rhyme Time, the new wheel, and Ladybug Picnic. There is one more that is a party set, but I didn't like it.
I'll be stalking the UPS guy today...it's going to be a hot one, so maybe if I put a cooler on the porch with some Mountain Dew in it, he'd come faster?
Jan, LOL putting some cold Dew's under the porch would surely make him late! Didn't your mom tell you about the "watched pot?" I know that feeling SO well. When we lived in VA, our route had UPS near our house at DINNERTIME! I thought I would go bananas some days, waiting by the front door! But when we moved to Florida, they're here by 9am at the house.
Well, it amazes me, but all of these sets are already for sale on ebay and most of us don't even have them yet????? On a positive note - how impressed am I of the cards already posted from those of you that have them. Once again, this is the sight for inspiration. I don't know what I would do without it!!! Thank you to everyon that shares their talent.
Mine are coming today!! Now if only I'll have some time to stamp! OMG.... I will be up until mid morning hours so that I can stamp! I can't wait to get my hands on those little critters! Thanks for the gals already posting..... do we LOVE this place?

Hope that's what you were looking for. However, the green smiley will not work when making comments on cards. Only in forums. I tried. I used the type code, but it didn't work.
Love the picnic set. I'll have to wait too.
All I know is that UPS put a NEW guy on my route just when all the exciting stuff is going to be coming! He comes just before dinner now, when I could usually count on my last guy coming at least before 3 PM, sometimes by 11 AM. Waahhhh!
There's no box on my porch yet and it's almost 1 PM...grrrr
