I went to the mailbox with my 3yo today, and once again she was sent into a depression by the lack of mail for herself. I used to send her a card 1x a month, but she started getting suspicious since she'd see me making it a couple days before. Would anyone like to exchange kiddy RAKs? I'd be happy to send one out to your little(or not so little or furbaby) in exchange. Please PM me.
Thanks!

Ohhhhh, what a great idea :-) I have 3 kids who LOVE mail! A 3 yo dd, and 6 and 8 year ds. If someone with 3 kiddos wants to play along I think that'd be FUN :-) :-)

Hey, this sounds really good to me....I have a 8y/o DD that gets mad when she doesn't get mail and I do . I'm not too sure about my 12 y/o DS yet....he's getting really hard to read sometimes. Must be the hormones starting to work.. Count me in......
I was just reading all the posts, and would like to participate, but wanted to offer a bit of a diferent perspective (I think) What about having the kids make the cards and send to each other like a pen pal? I ask because my 10 yr old son loves making cards, and always wants to make them, plus I know he would be really interested in having a pal somewhere else. If anyone would be intersted let me know.
I'm am BRAND NEW to SCS but I've heard raving reviews from friends. This is my first post and I was so excited to read this. My kids would LOVE to get mail, especially my daughter. She is 6 and my son is 9. I think having THEM make the cards is a great idea! She loves making cards with me and always wants to send them out. And she'd love to get mail in return. Count me in. Just let me know how this works!
I'm putting together a kids RAK list, it may take a couple of days, I thought I 'd list the kidzs by sex & age so we could match them up. I'll also list Mom's SCS name so we can PM for the SM address. Either we can make the cards(for the young ones), or let them make the cards(for the ones we trust to stamp). Sound good? Try to send out a card 1x per month, please. if your kiddos go more than one month without a card, PM me I'll try to get one out right away.

My 4 1/2 year old daughter would love to get mail. I would like to participate.
I also have a 3 year old son who won't open any of the cards his grandparents sent him for Easter. He just refuses. He's going through the terrible threes!
I am also new to SCS and think this is a great idea. I have 3 girls- 12,10 & 5 who I've turned into stamping junkies and would love nothing more than to share their creations. Let me know how this would work! Great idea!
I was just talking about this with my SIL this weekend....what a GREAT idea...will the list be posted or how do I go about getting on it? My babies LOVE to get mail too....The 2 loves of my life that want to "play" are:
Will you let us know when and where you start the listing, and what we are supposed to send you? I have two boys who would love to participate... ages 13 and 6.
Let us know how to proceed? Thanks for doing this!
I want to play! My son is 4 and loves checking the mail! He gets so excited when I tell him there is something in the mail for him. Even if it's a catalog, he's happy! Think how happy he would be if he started getting cards!

I will post the list in the next couple of days. I'll probably make it a new topic & asky that it be "sticky-ed" so it stays at the top.
